Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if pricing or product information was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Compare-at prices reflect a list price or a price at which the item has previously been offered. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour appearance may vary by screen. NocWell products are sleep accessories, not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Safety

You are responsible for reading and following the Safety & Use guidance provided with the product, including the maximum wear time and the list of conditions for which you should consult a doctor before use.
