United States
- Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as your shipping label is created.
International
- We ship internationally. International orders ship from our US warehouse and typically take 7–21 business days depending on destination.
- Minimum international order: $60.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Import charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the order total. If you refuse a shipment, the original shipping cost and any return fees are non-refundable.
Order changes
Email hello@nocwell.com as soon as possible if you need to change your address or cancel an order. Once a label is created, we may not be able to intercept it.
